Black Dog Institute’s Sleep Ninja app allows young people to learn about sleep in a fun, interactive means under the guidance of the ‘Master Rest Ninja.’ The app assists teenagers’ develop healthy sleep habits and enhance rest quality.
We’ve devoted $1 million over four years from 2020 to sustain Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and neighborhoods to deliver efforts to improve wellness and life expectancy results. We add to the reduction of inequities for people & neighborhoods with health and wellness susceptabilities and help close the wellness and life span space for First Nations peoples.
