About Toto
Toto was formed in the year 1976 by guitarists Jeff Porcaro, David Paich (who at the time were also famous studio players working with Boz Scaggs) and bassist/singer Bobby Kimball. The name comes from the Latin word meaning “all inclusive,” the group was determined to explore every musical style.
